 Troubleshooting FAQ
In order for this site to work properly:
 
  • Pop-up Blockers must be turned off or allow pop-ups for this site.
  • Javascript must be enabled.

I am selecting links, and the site appears to be processing my request but nothing happens.
  Pop-ups must be enabled to use this site. If pop-ups are blocked, certain features may not function properly. If pop-ups are not enabled, the system will continue
to appear as if it is “processing”, even if the pop-up has been blocked.

The following section will guide you to Enable and Disable Pop-up windows on some mobile browsers.
  Safari Browser (Browser preloaded with Apple smartphones.)
Step 1: Press the menu button on your mobile (ex. iPhone) to access the Home screen.
Step 2: Tap the settings on the Home screen.
Step 3: In the Settings view, tap the Safari option.
Step 4: Scroll down to Safari settings screen, then turn on or off using the Block Pop-ups switch option.

Android HTML (Browser preloaded with Android smartphones.)
Step 1: On your Android Smartphone, open up the default HTML browser by tapping on the Internet icon that is displayed on the Home screen.
Step 2: Once you have the HTML browser opened, tap on the Menu button and then click on More option.
Step 3: From the list of options displayed on your screen, click on Settings.
Step 4: In the Settings window, if you see a green check mark against the option that says Block pop-up windows,
            then it indicates that pop-up blocker feature is enabled on your Android browser. If you do not see a green checkmark against the option,
            then it indicates that the pop-up blocker feature is disabled.

Symbian Browser (Browser that comes preloaded with Symbian smartphones.)
Step 1: On your Symbian Smartphone, open up the default HTML browser by tapping on the Internet icon that is displayed on the Home screen or Menu screen.
Step 2: Once you have the HTML browser opened, tap on the Browser Menu button and then click on More option.
Step 3: In the More window, if you see "Allow pop-ups", then it indicates that pop-up blocker feature is enabled on your Symbian browser.
            If you see "Block pop-ups", then it indicates that the pop-up blocker feature is disabled.
